Don’t let the name fool you.  These guys do excellent kitchen and home remodels.  I worked with Kevin and Selena on a significant remodel of a twenty year old 2 BD/ 2 BA condo in Columbia, MD in Jan 2023.  The team did everything that was promised and scoped on time and with good quality and an excellent price.  In fact, I had 3 other companies price it and one was twice the price and twice the time.  My project took about 4 weeks which included holiday time.  I live out of state and they were excellent with their written and telephone communication which helped me feel like I was on top of my own project. I love Advance Restoration Remedistion because they were on the job immediately, kept me completely informed of the damage and also gave information on what I should look for and expect from a contractor. The team leader was very courteous and empathetic showing great understanding of my tears and my dreads. They dried out the water damage and took every aspect of the restoration into consideration. Highly recommended them to friends already.
