Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly group of people. Kevin answered all of our questions and concerns and worked quickly to get the fire damage removed, cleaned up and get us our house back. I hope I don’t need to, but I will certainly reach out to them again if something like this happens to us. Highly recommended.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They showed up was professional, honest, detailed, fair, punctual and courteous, gave me an expert opinion and took care of the problem. They performed the job efficiently, did a great job for a fraction of the cost and went over above and beyond…I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I had an amazing experience.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The gentleman who came to survey the area for the estimate was very personable. The worker did a wonderful job, although he had to return to add a little that he had overlooked the first time. I would definitely recommend this company.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don’t let the name fool you. These guys do excellent kitchen and home remodels. I worked with Kevin and Selena on a significant remodel of a twenty year old 2 BD/ 2 BA condo in Columbia, MD in Jan 2023. The team did everything that was promised and scoped on time and with good quality and an excellent price. In fact, I had 3 other companies price it and one was twice the price and twice the time. My project took about 4 weeks which included holiday time. I live out of state and they were excellent with their written and telephone communication which helped me feel like I was on top of my own project. I would use them again and highly recommend (which doesn’t come lightly with my deep design and construction background in commercial real estate).Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love Advance Restoration Remedistion because they were on the job immediately, kept me completely informed of the damage and also gave information on what I should look for and expect from a contractor. The team leader was very courteous and empathetic showing great understanding of my tears and my dreads. They dried out the water damage and took every aspect of the restoration into consideration. Highly recommended them to friends already.
